I guess I am lost on that one, it sounds quite personal. Though the flexibility of the trial as an adult seems to be more a protection for the masses than the intent is was supposedly set up for. Clearly the economics of the situation means more to whether you are a child or an adult in front of the bench. I guess it is easier to swallow the unredeemable hoodlum child from the wrong side of the tracks.
